Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellation up to 24 hours after you have placed your order for a full refund. If 24 hours have passed, we are unable to accept any cancellations or make any modifications to your order.
Returns Policy On Products
As all products are custom made to order, unfortunately we will not be able to provide an exchange or refund due to change of mind.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty please email us at hello@oliveandgray.com.au within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement. Please ensure that you email as soon as you receive your order with your full name, order number, description of the product with supporting images of the damaged item.
